Indo-Row:
The MVP Fitness and Sport Performance flagship program, IS the perfect calorie burn. Rowing uses up to 84% of your body's muscles at once, with no impact on the joints. Indo-Row features race-pace segments, that are intense enough to fuel the fire in the most competitive athletes, but perfect for any fitness level. Competitive cyclists and runners find Indo-Row as a great way to cross-train.

Trigger Point Performance Therapy R&R:
Athletes ask a lot of their bodies.. And they expect 100% in return. Most fear injury, overtraining and a lack of motivation. It's time to tap into your full potential. An unlocked body reacts as a unit, its muscle groups working together to move you forward. Faster. With less struggle.

Trigger Point R&R prepares the tissue to tolerate the demands that will be placed upon it by systematically preparing the body for the most biomechanically effective actions possible. Elasticity and proper length-tension relationships are restored allowing muscles to produce the greatest amount of force with the least amount of energy cost. This results in optimal performance, decreased injury, and quicker recovery.

TRX Body Blast:
TRX Body Blast takes you to another level of group exercise. Body Blast is ENERGIZED by music, as every muscle group is targeted. A challenging, intense workout, yet one that is great for any fitness level.

TRX Cardio Circuit:
Strength segments on the TRX, mixed in with high-intensity cardio bursts, make this an all-out blitz on body fat. Timed intervals allow this class to be self-paced. PERFECT FOR ANYONE trying to reach the next level.

TRX Hard Core:
It's all about the core. Traditional, and non-traditional core strengthening exercises, with the challenge of TRX. This ain't your grandfather's "abs class."

TRX/Kettleweight Power Circuit:
This class is designed to force a mind-body connection that you'll get with no other exercise program. You're engaged with the TRX, under load, moving in multiple directions. TRX Strength and Kettleweight POWER. You WILL get stronger!
