Training With MVP Fitness

MVP Fitness' Mission is to help you become more fit, stronger and more balanced, both physically and mentally. My approach is slightly different to traditional exercise programs and is based on my belief that there is an athlete in all of us just screaming to get out!

MVP's programs are challenging, athletic-based, and driven by noticeable results. The exercises are relevant to how you want and need to perform in your every day life. Though you many not consider yourself an athlete, life requires that you move like one. We walk, we run. We jump, we reach, and we rotate. We move.

Optimal results are achieved when exercises mimic the way you move in the real world. Life moves us in many directions. Not just forward and back, but laterally and diagonally as well. We move through different directions, often at the same time. Your exercise program will be designed to help you move in all directions with more confidence.

I design phased based, progressive workouts that will challenge you both physically and mentally, striking a very distinct bond that connects the body with the mind and the spirit.

Power Initiation Through the Closed Kinetic Chain

MVP Sport Performance Conditioning is for:

Athletes in any sport and every level

Non-athletes with the desire to move and live better

MVP Fitness Rates:

Individual Sessions--$60

Partnered Sessions--$45 per person

Groups (3-6)--$40 per person

Payment for sessions is due when the appointment is made.
